Went in to get my brakes inspected and needed a lot of work done to them. I do not know anything about cars so was nervous going in without any knowledge of what could need to be done. Barry was super nice, patient and helpful!! He explained things in a simple way for me without making me feel dumb and got everything I needed fixed up very quickly! We will be back if we need any other work and highly recommend them to anyone in the area!
I have to start off with Barry. He is a top notch guy. Very friendly and knowlegable. Brougt my 2010 legacy with a coolant issue. He fixied it and the problem came back the same day. He fixied it again no charge. The problem came back again twice. He fixied it again no charge. The problem came back again.... he fixed it again and threw in a free headlight bulb replacement and a tailight replacement for free. I definately recommend Monro in kingston. They take really good care of their customers.
Got new tires put on and added in an oil change. Staff was nice and kept me updated the whole time. Appointment was quick and easy
They scheduled an appointment for an oil change and when I arrived they refused service claiming not to have the correct oil filter and oil. The guy at the desk didn’t look anything up, just took one look at my car and refused service. They definitely had the right filter and oil, they’re just being lazy because I’m the last appointment of the day and they’d rather chill and scroll on their phones. Definitely don’t recommend them, they’re lazy and waste peoples time.
