I was never told of a delay for a part which postponed getting my car back in time. The alignment was so off I felt unsafe driving down the road when I first got it back. Took it to the shop again and the alignment is still off. Not to mention I have more issues than when I first went there - I have no cruise control now and my ABS light is showing on the dash. Very poor communication and service.
Revolving door management, lies and deception. Steer way clear of here. New manager has dishonesty wrote all over him. There's good reason why this company is closing stores and struggling.
Awesome experience at this shop. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff, and easy to work with. Good pricing and got me in right away! Will definitely be back for future auto work!
My wife and I blew a tire on the highway going cross-state and had to be towed to a service shop. Monro was one of the only places open on a Sunday. They changed our tire for a pretty reasonable price and got us back on the road. Thanks folks!
