Fast muffler replacement When I lost my muffler to an unusually high speed bump, I took my car to Monro Muffler. They got me in immediately, and had the work done in no time at all. I paid less than I was expecting since the speed bump did some extra damage which made putting on the new muffler harder than expected. The service technicians are great. Who can ask for more?

Unprofessional I brought my car here for an oil change/tire rotation. Prior to dropping my car off, I marked each of my tires to see if they would actually rotate them. After they had finished with my car, I asked the manager if my tires had been rotated. He assured me they had been, and yet when I checked my tires, they clearly had not been. When I confronted the manager, he denied the allegation. I am very disappointed and will never return to Monro and hope that this dishonesty will catch up with them.

Great place for great, fast service!! I've been to Monro a few times in the past year, and each time I've been thrilled with the service and prices (I never felt like I was overpaying). Justin the manager has always been super helpful and willing to look at our cars on short notice (they work on a lot more than mufflers and tires). I've passed by this place for years- I didn't realize what I was missing!

I can't believe it!!! I paid Paul, the so called "manager" to put a radiator in my car. he did give me a good deal, and I thought I found a reputable shop. Come to find out, when i go to pick up my car after they closed, he actually ripped me off...bad. I drove the car home, thinking that maybe he could only find a used radiator, and thats why it was so cheap. My mistake for giving the benefit of the doubt! RIP OFF They charged me $868.00 to repair the intake manifold gasket on my Montana but they did not repair the right thing because after the repair was completed it continued to go from an overheat condition to a cold condition the district manager was present and he could not figure out what the problem was, I called and took it in 3 times I asked for my money back the manager said he would get back to me - I waited 6 weeks I called him a few times but he told me he had not talked to his boss yet - I finally called the corp... read more

I like this place. I like this place. The manager is so friendly but not annoyingly friendly. Very down to earth and knowledgeable. He will take you in the garage and explain to you what is wrong with your car. Prices are very reasonable. There's a difference between knowing how to read a manual about fixing cars and "knowing about cars".

Monro I go to Monro all the time. I get inspections, brakes and exaust checked. Monro's a quick way to get easy service. The Mechanics are gentlemen and work very quick. My price was reasonable i couldnt believe it! Thank you have a great day Monro!

DO NOT GO HERE They made my experience very painful. I came in for a basic oil change. The oil change took 90 minutes, even though they told me it would take 45. They gave me a new screw cap without my approval and charged me. They also told me that my car needed serious additional work... a comment you will find in the other reviews also. I have been to other Monro locations that have been decent, though not excellent. This was simply TERRIBLE.
