Excellent customer service friendly staff knowledgeable I went in for an oil change and got more than what I was expecting they also rotated the tires topped off the fluids check to make sure everything was okay up underneath my car thank you Monroe Auto service and tire centers.
This is at least the third time this has happened to my husband and I at this shop, so I felt it was time for a review. I needed an oil change for my ‘04 Wrangler, so nothing fancy. I make the appointment for 6 p.m., receive a confirmation text, and even call at 5 p.m. to confirm they saw it. The person who answered took down my vehicle information, and I asked if they had the filters and oil in stock. He replied he wouldn’t know until I got there.
