Initial impression after a phone call to ask questions about warranty work was not very good. As I was traveling, and this was the only place nearby to get things fixed I made an appointment. The young man that helped me when I came in, was obviously brand new. He was, however very kind, polite, and helpful. He understood what I needed and did everything he could to put me at ease, and ensure the work was done to my satisfaction.
