I scheduled an appointment for exhaust repair and oil change. They did not have time to fix the exhaust (it was busy and late in the day- totally understandable).They performed an oil change in less than 10 minutes and charged me for full service. My fluids were not checked. Tires were not rotated. I watched. Cost about $130! Also no reminder sticker was given. I asked for a quote on the exhaust repair. had to rebuild my suspension couple months ago, went in for my 3rd alignment bc no one has been helping and they looked at it for 5 minutes and said its no fix gave me no paper no explanation that the car is just unfixable Non-Alignable i take it to monro in east auoura and he immediately tells me the issue and sees whats wrong and fixes it these guys in sprinville didnt even wanna look at it and still charged me 170 for a job thats “unfixable”
Monro completed my repair without delay and at a reasonable price.
Huge number of issue with the car, they did multiple shady practices and I had to take my car to my own mechanic to get the"work" they did fixed. Almost ruined my engine.
