I’ve been meaning to type a post for a long while now, but the manager Brandon and Justin were amazing. They’re very nice people. They got me in and out of here quickly while dealing with a lot of other people. I went in a handful of times. I went for an oil change and to make my car pass inspection back in like September and October. Mike was very helpful. Showed me the issue with my tire. Explained what needed to be either replaced or repaired. Service was quick and all staff was very friendly. The prices were also very reasonable and I didn’t feel like I might be getting fleeced.

Stopped by Monro today for Sable’s (my Volvo’s) NY state inspection and had a great, super quick experience. Justin helped us out—he was friendly, straightforward, and got everything taken care of without any hassle. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes, which honestly felt like a small miracle for anything car-related. Really appreciate how easy they made the whole process. Definitely recommend this location if you need an inspection or service. I’ll definitely be back when Sable needs anything else!
