I’m rating 1 star because the fellow who booked my appointment was friendly. Only good part. I booked the night before, and was delayed a bit the next morning they even called to see if I needed assistance with a dead battery. I went to this location out of convenience, and a decent job done previously, for front brake pads a few years back. The pads/ rotors they sold me then lasted 50,000 miles, but were very dusty. The staff is very friendly but my experience wasn’t the best . Went for an inspection, had issues , repaired and sent out on the road . Still hasn’t passed due to 2 monitors not complete but was told to drive it and they will run . Been 6000 miles and still hasn’t passed due the same issue . Now this has almost 3 months and it’s still not ready . Justin and Brandon always take care of me. They got me a fair deal on new truck tires and diagnosed my engine light to fix my engine coolant monitor.
Huge shout out to Justin, I came in, in a panic needing all new tires for a 3 hour drive the next day. He got me what I needed, was extremely helpful and very friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! 10/10 ask for Justin!!
I dropped my car off first thing in the morning as I was told the day before. I didn’t receive a phone call all day about my car. So at 5pm I called for him to tell me that they were just pulling my car into the garage. I let him know I get off of work at 6 and he said no problem. I get there at 610 and my car is still outside. The man said they never even looked at it let alone fix it.
