Back about a month ago, I needed a new tire after running over an utility pin. I had a warranty through Mr. Tire down the road but they were closed that day to an emergency and directed customers to Monro instead. When I arrived at Monro, I let Justin know the situation and that I ideally needed a new tire that day as it was Sunday and I was off from work. If I can give 10 stars I would. Justin provided exceptional customer service and also the mechanic that service for my oil change. Both were very knowledgeable and assisted with any of my concerns. Would recommend anyone to come here.
Place has so many diff workers and managers hard to build a trusting relationship some are good others are horrible
