These guys were amazing! I got a nail in my tire and needed someone to fix it and take my spare off super last minute tonight, and after two other places turned me down even though they were still open, KC at Monro got my car fixed up in no less than 20 minutes! I’m so grateful!
Justin the Manager was polite. Was busy but took my car right in to do an inspection. Will take my car there again.
Justin Schriener ( store manager) was FANTASTIC. I had an appointment for inspection, store was crazy busy & another employee told me it was going to be a few hours wait, Justin said absolutely not, he would take care of me. Justin took my car right back, completed the job & got me on my way within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone in need of ANY SERVICE that their car required.
They were great! i was on a road trip and car was making noise. Justin and staff were friendly and got me and my daughter out in record time.
