From start to finish they were excellent, Sarah at the front was friendly and very helpful. Chet was fantastic, got me in and out and unlike many other shops, they were very informative without trying to hard sell me. No pressure, just outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this shop.
One word: Headache! Never going there again.
On July 15, I visited the Monro Auto Service and Tire Center on Central Avenue to have three tires replaced. After the installation, the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) was not properly serviced or reset, causing the warning light on my dashboard to remain on. I returned to the store and asked them to inspect the problem. However, the staff were unhelpful, unwilling to take responsibility for the issue, and even attempted to charge me an additional fee to correct a problem that resulted from their service. Worst place in town . It was a good place, when they had a gentleman Justin working there . Theres a guy named James there now who is horrible, has bad hygiene health and smells of alcohol, mind you its not even noon on a week day. I will be taking my business to midas or mavis from here on out and will be making it no known not to shop/ get work done at any monro.
