I originally came here for a last minute oil change 2 months ago, but have kept coming back here for everything my car needs because the guys are so wonderful. They’re super committed to honest, transparent work and fair prices. Marc (manager) walked me around my car in the shop to show me the work they were doing on my brakes and explain how all the parts worked/which needed to be replaced, and I learned so much! They scheduled me for an appointment even though the machine they needed to fix my car was broken. They then had me wait a week and a half for their technician to show up and didn't even look at my car until the technician showed up. What sort of business schedules an appointment for a customer when they don't have the equipment to do what they are being paid to do.
Marc and the crew are a god send! I'm done being scalped by the dealership. The guys at Monro only recommend the service I need, and they're flexible enough to install the parts I bought online. Give the gents a raise, they deserve it. I have had multiple repairs done here for a very reasonable rate. I also bought a full set of Cooper tires from them got one for free, and even got a no cost alignment as part of the deal. Very happy to save money and I trust these guys with my cars👍
I showed up unannounced with the worst kind of problem: something I broke myself. I can’t say that everything was fixed when I drove away but the staff was helpful and forthright about what could and couldn’t be done. They gave me lots of confidence and perhaps more importantly didn’t make me feel bad about my screw-up.
Great experience and great price! Mark and Adam are awesome. Would highly recommend!
