Don't go to this place. The service manager is rude and they do not honor appointments. They also don't call to tell you they won't honor your appointment. Then they blame you for not calling and asking the service center if they have appointments. Why bother making an appointment with you if you won't honor it and then try to blame your customers over it. I will never go here. Terrible service terrible attitudes I would give 0 stars if I could.
I LOVE Louise the store manager at 129 Rhode Island ave in Fall River mass. She is honest and always looks for ways to help save you money. Groupon usually has coupons for their oil changes which include free tire rotation!
