If I could give ZERO stars, I would!! This place is an absolute JOKE completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. After waiting forever, I finally leave, only to realize as I’m driving in the highway that these incompetent idiots didn’t even close my hood properly! My hood was flapping up and down while I was driving on 195, forcing me to pull over just to fix their careless mistake. Unacceptable! I wouldn’t go back here if it was the last place on earth.

Went in there to get my car looked at b/c I had lights on and they said it was the alternator so they replaced the alternator and the tech said that the old alternator was dirty with greese , grime, and oil….told them to also check the front end b/c it was making noises everywhere I drove it and when I went on the highway the steering wheel shook while going 60 mph… tech said the front end was tight and that my car was 16yrs old that I should expect it to make noises… I also bought 4 tires and had a front end alignment hopin... read more
I went in for a tire change had an appointment. The whole affair took two hours. I also had a faulty TPMS that wasn't even changed and no offer to change it out. Customer service is nice but the juice ain't worth the squeeze.
Luis is the manager nothing but praise and it felt like she really cared unlike where I took it the first time Viti Vovlo poor service Felt like just a number Monroe on the other hand I felt like I was a person!! Thank you very much
