Good service but if you’re looking to make an appointment I suggest making it an hour before than when you intend on taking it, I made an appointment for bright and early in the morning for just a simple alignment since I had somewhere to be in the afternoon and they didn’t get to it until an hour before with literally 1 car on a lift… 45 minutes after my appointment my car was still in the lot like where is the sense in that.

The day after getting my oil changed and tires rotated, I found one lug nut on my driveway, another just barely attached, and yet another very loose. When I called to let them know, there was no manager available (so I don't know if this was properly addressed internally), nor any offer to check if the tires were secured correctly or apologies or compensation. Not good...
I brought my car here because the shop I usually go to suddenly closed. I had already got an estimate on wheel bearings. I didn't end up using Monro because there estimate was over 1k more than the estimate I had from my regular shop. I was able to get it elsewhere closer to my original quote. I will never go back again
