New manager has made all the difference in the world. Now if you have an appointment you are taken in immediately for your oil change. In the past, even with an appointment the entire transaction took close to 2 hours total. I've noticed much more efficiently with my service I had done right after new years and they honored the Groupon I had in my phone and saved just over $8 on the oil change!!
The second time was tonight, they were able to take me in right away and have very nice customer service. I’ll be back again
scheduled appointment for tire install. at time of appt was told tires are not available b/c need to be pre-purchased and paid for. I don't have problem paying, but tell me BEFORE the installation appointment.
