Worked out well, had an oil change and tire rotation on Wednesday, with a request to have the belts checked. Found that one needed to be changed, but needed to be done on another day, so brought it in on Thursday and it was done quickly. Excellent job!
They monro were supposed to give me free tire rotation for having oil change done, couldn't tell if that was done or not. I brought car in to have exhaust system checked out. I figured I get an oil change since it was in need of one. As far as the exhaust system was told I needed everything from the flex pipe back. He the person on duty said if he could get all the parts for the camary le 2001 it would cost around 2k, he didn't seem eager to want to obtain the parts so I said to myself I will take it to Girad toyota on colem... read more
Noticing that Monroe has a copy and paste response statement for all the negative reviews. I was hesitant to post anything because of that. Literally got three quotes on brakes, pads and rotors on my car. The last estimate, the front desk person rewrote the estimate and increased the cost to nearly 1,600.00. Needless to say, I got an another opinion at Goodyear in Groton, Connecticut for $650. So where do you think I gave my business too?
Wanted to share a great experience yesterday. Made an appointment for a wheel alignment after getting new tires put in my car else where. First they agreed to match another local place price. They said they would check the alignment and if it didn’t need it they wouldn’t do it and would not charge me. That is exactly what happened. They checked my alignment.
