Went in to get some tires, Pito was very helpful and fully transparent with me throughout the process. Ordered the tires that morning they were delivered in the afternoon, gotta a call to come in get them put on.
Service was perfect quick and easy will recommend it.
Please update that you no longer do emissions. I would have liked some type of turnover of what was done. Was a safety check performed?
I appreciated being able to have the battery (completely dead) replaced on a Sunday. Monro was the only place that had the key necessary to rest my VW's computer after the replacement. My issue is the price. $320 for a 3-year warranty battery (competitors had 5-year batteries for $299). And then I was charged an additional $131 to replace the battery.
