Thank you to the wonderful staff at Monreal Srnick Funeral Home. When we met with Kristina and Alex Srnick, we felt very comfortable planning our 104 y/o mothers funeral. My grandmother went home to heaven last month. Shannon, at Monreal Funeral Home, made the funeral planning easy and stress free for me. As a local delivery driver dropping off flowers for uber my experience with this place is terrible first off I was given the wrong address the address I was given there wasn’t a building and after problem solving they took away my tip so I got paid 3$ to drive 11 miles. If this is how they treat the living they don’t need to see me dead if it’s hard for common curtesy I’m excluding name for their privacy since I care about others
So impressed with Monreal Funeral home today. I ordered flowers and arrived to calling hours and the flowers were nothing like I ordered. I spoke to the owner Jane and she removed my flowers and made them 100 % better. Very accommodating. Thank you Jane ❤️
