The lady who checked me in is amazing! Super kindhearted, attentive and professional. Overnight parking is allowed. As soon as I bumped the dock, Monosol began unloading me!
I’m getting loaded here now & they are so friendly and polite and helpful from the guard all the way to the workers! More places need to take notes from them. I’ve never been to any shipper that has been this friendly and helpful! I just want to say THANK YOU to each and everyone I came into contact with here! Also thank you for a safe & secure place to sleep! I’ve never been so happy with a shipper before. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

This company is a nice place to load and unload, my appointment is 8am on Monday but i got there on Sunday 4:30pm and i was allow to park overnight. Both the workers and security are friendly.
