Needed a CPAP and I'm glad I found Monongahela Med Supply after first dealing with UPMC MedCare Equipment Company. Monongahela Supply is much more accessible and quickly had a technician in my home expertly setting up my CPAP just a week after my first phone call to them. Also they don't require constant access to your bank accounts like MedCare does.

All receptionists that I have talked to were very polite they answered mt questions and has helped me greatly. They all have tried their best everytime I have had to call

I am a little hard of hearing so I had a hard time catching the name of the person I talked to. I did talk to the same person on the 17th and a follow up on the 20th. On the second call she said she didn't have any of my information then after a little bit she remembered and found it. She was very nice and answered all my questions. My third call was went a little like this approximately- Her I dont have anything on you. Me - I talked with either Jane or Jaimie - Her that's me- on 17th for 10 min then 20th for 12 min.
