Dr. Lusk and her crew must be perfect people who always have good days. We tend to disagree. For 20 years, we brought our dogs to MVAH. We have encountered rudeness, disrespect, and snappy attitudes. Yes, there is such a thing called burnout but you talk to your fellow workers, your spouse or whomever. You NEVER let your nastiness boil over onto the client's and their pets. Dr. Lusk and the techs are so patient and gentle with our pups. We've been to other vets, but none have been as respectful, helpful and nice as all of the staff at Monongahela Animal Hospital!
They are always very nice and compassionate.
Dr. Lusk has been our vet for over 30 years, through many furry family members. The staff and Dr. Lusk showed such compassion when we had to put our animals down. They even sent a card. My current animal is a rescue with a difficult temper due to a traumatic past. She cannot be around other animals and must be muzzled around strangers and friends.
