The first red flag was when we were shown the space by an older gentleman who told us we had control over our own A/C and heat, 24/7 building access, amenities, and parking passes. However, when summer came, we discovered that we did not have control over our A/C as the building was set at specific temperatures and schedules that did not align with our business needs.
