I regret not checking reviews before dealing with this company. Unfortunately, they wasted a significant amount of my time, especially with units advertised near Andresen (which I later learned from other real estate companies is a high-crime area - avoid at all costs). I reached out to the contact name on the poster Chris about a few properties I was looking for, one of which was perfect. First person I spoke to said they would reach out and a week later, no one had. I reached back out today and Chris wasn't in his office but whoever answered said he would reach back out. He did and this is how the conversation went. I let him know if he had anything available within the budget space I was looking for and he said no. The businesses at Andresen Plaza are constantly having their customers harassed about parking, if you only want 2 hour parking then don’t have Tatoo parlor’s or Salons there! Be Careful!
