Great team of people. I don’t know where to start because I could write a novel. Big shout out to Mr Ray and Mr Rene (hopefully I got the spelling correct). These guys are honest, knowledgable and really caring. We got our hardy planks replaced due to a leak and they did a good job - starting from a thorough inspection to find the root cause and then walking me through what the issues were and next steps. When I asked ChatGpt who were the best Stucco and exterior repair folks in Houston I was recommended Monolite systems. Let me tell you. The AI hit the nail on the head. These folks were professional, kept the work area tidy and clean, were not intrusive, and very efficient. Rene was reachable at all times to answer follow-up questions and just very professional overall. I was extremely pleased with the end product and highly recommend. Stucco is very tricky to work with and the are masters of their craft.
I have used John and his team for three jobs across two houses so far. These projects have ranged from whole-home re-stucco to preventative waterproofing. John is responsive and patient (very patient) and delivers an outstanding product at a fair price. If you have stucco in Houston, the odds are good that unless Monolite either built it in the first place or has repaired it, you are going to need John's expertise. UPDATE: After posting this I just received a call from the manager apologizing for the delays! Thank you Anyone else having issues with this company following up, returning phone calls and generally being completely unresponsive? I requested a bid for commercial stucco building repairs/replacement and when i do get a hold of them the person who answers their phones (sometimes) she claims an estimate is in process and promises to call back and never does. It appears to be a big reputable company but actions don't match.
