UPDATE: After posting this I just received a call from the manager apologizing for the delays! Thank you Anyone else having issues with this company following up, returning phone calls and generally being completely unresponsive? I requested a bid for commercial stucco building repairs/replacement and when i do get a hold of them the person who answers their phones (sometimes) she claims an estimate is in process and promises to call back and never does. It appears to be a big reputable company but actions don't match.

Monolite Systems was very responsive to setting up plans and then completing the crack repair and repainting of our whole back stucco wall. Cost was reasonable, as proposed, and timing adjusted to meet our schedule. Quality of work was great, and they were especially flexible to allow another contractor to use their scaffolding for making a separate back wall repair. This was the second time we have used Monolite Systems, and we would use them again if needed.
We hired Monolite Systems to complete a repair on the stucco on our home. The repairs are complete was a touch up but the assessment, write-up and quote given was completed in a timely and professional way. The crew preforming the repairs were professionally and polite. Job completed with excellent appearance and area left clear. Momolite Systems, LLC is my stucco contractor for future stucco home repairs!!!
