The first time, I felt like they over charged me for the complexity of the project and the second time they did make a mistake on a 3XL order through which they gave me 3 extra larges instead of a 3XL shirt. Around 8 months later, as our season began to pick up, I noticed we didn't have a 3XL for one of our employees and realized the mistake.
