I went in requesting 15 beach towels to be monogrammed for a party. They said they could complete them in three days. I was thrilled with that but asked if they would contact me if they were completed early since I needed to mail them. They completed the order in one day and in time for me to have them mailed the day I placed the order! They even had them boxed to be shipped for me! Amazing service!
They were able to turn around a shirt for us in just a day, we had an event and originally went with Amazon, but because of a shipping delay, our purchase would have arrived after the event, so we came here to get the shirt made. This is the second time we’ve used them, a few years ago they made a shirt for us and it still looks brand new. They are very professional, and the quality of the work is outstanding.

Poor communication, have messed up multiple items we dropped off, continuing to change font on our logo that we specifically asked them not to do.
