A friend of mine recommended the Monogram Shoppe when I was on the market for wedding invitations. My only complaint is that I wish I found Sara SOONER! She helped with any aspect of my wedding and planning process that she could. She did our wedding and bridal shower invites, place cards, program, and we ordered our monogrammed aisle runner and a guest book from her. I went back to her for thank you cards as well. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service that I have ever received! Though the shop was lovely, the owner was downright rude and unapologetically so. My 2 experiences with her lead me elsewhere for my wedding, reception, and “Thank you” accommodations, which were well met elsewhere. I don’t recommend The Monogram Shoppe.
Sara is a great help. She helped us choose our save the dates. Spent time trying to stay within my budget and I got them within a week of picking them out. Wonderful! I cant wait to pick out the invites. �
Went for the bridal expo and had an awful experience. The lady told us to ask if we had any questions, so I did. I needed her help pulling something out of a box (I didn't want to break it). She told me not today, she's focusing on the brides. I am the bride. It was on the 2 dollar table and she said they weren't focusing on it proceeded to tell me no. The table was right in the way, so I'm not sure why they "weren't focusing on it". I wanted to use the item for my wedding.
We ordered Rehearsal Dinner invitations for our son's wedding from Sara. She was a delight to work with and very professional. Love supporting our local businesses!
This is my absolute favorite shop! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would have been lost without them during my wedding planning!!!
