I called Monogram Masters to have a Twirling jacket done for my daughter. They told me to bring it in and they could rush order it for me. When I arrived at the store, two hours later, they told me They don t do Twirl Jackets - Twirl Moms are too difficult to work with. I was stunned! Robert, the store owner, told me he had a bad experience with a Twirl Mom and doesn t care if I Tell my friends.
