Bob Seaton was great to work with. Quality construction and willing to work with us to stay within our price range. We love our Monogram home.
We are very happy with our home that Monogram built for us. We found them easy to work with. As with any project, issues will arise and Bob was always focused on finding a solution vs determining if they didn't do something or we didn't communicate it. We were given advice to have someone walk thru the house before drywall was put up to check the quality. We had a local, previous home developer turned realtor walk thru with is.
