I was an Lectroetch customer before Monode purchased them. Lectroetch was easy and nice to deal with, no issues with Lectroetch. Monode???? another story. Like others stated I had to end business with Monode and go elsewhere for etching supplies. Wish the Lectro Etch people would start something. Now doing business with Millennium Signatures Marking Systems Inc. in Ontario Canada.
I couldn't be happier with the products and service we received from Monode. We have multiple marking units installed on metal processing machinery. The integration was complex and the environment is harsh. Monode was there to help with installation and the equipment is running perfectly.
So I guess I'm being that guy. I'm mirroring the other previous reviews. Normally I try to read Reviews but I didn't on Monode. I was a prior customer of Lectroetch where the folks were awesome and transparent with any and ALL charges. I knew it was a bad indicator when I had to fill out a form emailed to me that I had to print, fill out and scan with my credit card information to return email. Goofy process to purchase.
