Chef Dusty is phenomenal! He planned an unforgettable dinner for my employers and their dog during their stay in Yellowstone, and every detail was perfect. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch—fresh, local, and beautifully prepared—and he was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Professional, thoughtful, and accommodating, especially when it came to the dog’s special meal too :) Highly recommend Chef Dusty for anyone looking for a high-quality, personalized culinary experience in Montana!
We enjoyed 2 dinners with Monoculture Commissary were so impressed with Dusty's food and his integrity. He forages and preserves many of the ingredients from local Montana fare then prepares creative and artful delicacies that were a real treat to behold, and eat! My much anticipated Montana sourced five course meal by Chef Dusty far exceeded my expectations. His passion and respect for the land he lives on is artfully and deliciously displayed in every dish. Dusty prepared a tasting menu/chef's counter experience for me and my husband on our ski trip to Big Sky. From the initial email to the final clean up after our dinner, he was extremely prompt and professional. The menu was beyond inventive and we were blown away with how truly "farm-to-table" and "from scratch" the experience was. We would definitely recommend Monoculture Commissary for a special experience in Bozeman/Big Sky area.
Sometimes, the best things in life are the unplanned surprises, especially when you veer off the beaten path.
