Instead, try EmbroidMe (embroidme-schaumburg.com) in Schaumburg. The combination of quality, service and price is exceptional. Ask for owner, Jeff Foy. As for Monolisagram, I dealt directly with the owner, Chuck Howard to embroider 50 hats for my cycling team.
