Ryan came out and organised a quote and was extremely thorough in finding out exactly what I wanted..visited their showroom and found chris very helpful.havent ordered yet as I'm indecisive but experience so far is a positive one
Right from our visit to the showroom to choose the bathroom everything went smoothly. The team has done a wonderful job and we are delighted with with the end result. I would definitely recommend Mono Bathrooms. .
Very very professional, every different worker, plumber, electrician, tiler etc., knows exactly what they are doing and when. When one profession finished, the next one was ready to come in - no messing about at all, this is how they can completely gut and strip and re-model in only five days; plus they use top quality fittings, we could not be happier with the finished bathroom, the gorgeous fittings (very swish indeed) the remodeling and the price - highly recommended:-)
Contacted this company over 3 weeks ago to try and get some information on a bathroom renovation. Was due to receive a quote/email within a few days. Still yet to hear anything, even though I followed up with the company a fortnight ago and was assured that I would receive an email within the day. Big pity as the owner Ryan came out and went through everything with us, and seemed like a very nice guy.
