Friendly! Knowledgeable!
Would not let me rent a ladder and transport in back of pickup. Stated state law, no such law exist. Then stated it’s an unsecured load ( this is accurate if the load is not tied down). Requested I put ladder on roof of truck, then told me they have right to refuse service.
