got a horrible lawyer. Ashley Grams she was asking questions that had nothing to do with the situation and her strategy was trying to say i wasn’t even there even tho she knew there was proof i was. asking about “dill-in-o” (delano) and central when the situation happened 10 minutes away from there. trying to object to the prosecutor even tho she was rejected every time by the judge. i’d be better off telling the truth with no lawyer. she didn’t want me to make a statement because it would make everything she said even more ... read more

Lawyer- Braxton Eck Pros- Professional, friendly, ruthless in the courtroom Cons- PRICEY, Statement of billable time is awkward to read (pay attention the payment will rack up and no one will say anything), A bit too many meetings that could have been an email or zoom call They are very strong lawyers that can win cases that I would consider unwinable. Contacted this company 2 weeks ago on a case I was apart of. Not a single reply back. Shows me all I need to know.
Braxton Eck was working on our case, but this attorney was negligent in handling it. He changed the court dates to generate more calls and increase billable hours in order to receive additional money. I strongly do not recommend Braxton Eck ,you will only waste your money and time.
Was represented by Monet in 2002 on pot case was going to plead to 5 years Monet got me 10 years. Terrible attorney
