Eric is always prompt, responsive, and reliable. He does an outstanding job helping us keep our title insurance needs met.
I think they are making fake Title Insurance. I paid $1100 didn't get the Title police MT19144 yet.
This agency is very crooked. They gave us a title quote, them tried to double the charges. When we called them out on it, they reduced it a little and tried to hide the fees in other parts of the HUD. Buyer beware. It is illegal for the attorney to require you to use a specific title agency...it is called a RESPA violation. You can report this illegal activity.
Absolutely horrible!!!! They are lack to response and do not return calls or email. Don't trust those good reviews. I would never recommend them to anyone!!!!
