A rarity, great customer service, transparent billing, and therapy done right! Bess was always a pleasure, always greeting us with a big smile, Brian, Evan, and all therapists were great!
The staff at Monmouth Rehab are both professional, friendly and all with unique personalities. I immediately felt comfortable in the office. Bess is the frontline person: very understanding and caring to my needs. Due to a shortage of out-patient/ in-house PT's in my area, I thoroughly explained my situation to Bess she patiently listened and scheduled my Evaluation appointment with minimal wait time.
