Worked with bill back in 2000 nice man to work with . very professional
If I could give more than five stars I would. I got scammed by another pool company and left with a half way done pool. I called Monmouth and they came out right away. Bill was amazing and gave me a reasonable price to finish my pool for me. His guys were really nice and answered every question I had. A few weeks later I had an issue due to the original installer. They are great. Easy to make appointment for closing an opening the pool.
Monmouth pools came recommended by a friend. However will never use them again. 3 different pool inspectors told me my pool was closed incorrectly and was definitely being set up for damage for next season. Water was not cleared from all lines, cover was not properly installed, filter not even turned off. On top of that- gave my credit card when booking appointment. They never charged my card.
