Office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Refused to tell me the price of basic services and a breakdown of my bill. Felt persuaded into services I initially said I did not want, never even got a price when leaving the office, and got charged more than I was quoted over the phone. Told them I'd pay for the services I wanted and they could send the rest to collections.
