This service MONOC has come to my home along with the local Ambulance Service. You are not asked if you want their services or not. They totally take advantage of the person. I have been told by Gem Recovery Service that they come whether you want them or not. You cannot refuse them either. You are charged no matter what. They charge you around $2,000.00 dollars for the call, then tell you they are not covered by Medicare or your secondary insurance.
