The Summer Yoga Series is wonderful! The studio is peaceful & cozy. Everything you'll need is provided for you or you can bring your own. The instructor is warm & knowledgeable. You are guided to connect to your body through your breath & gentle movement. I feel calm & peaceful when I leave. I look forward to more offerings to come at MICS.
