Absolutely appalled. I will also be reporting this office to the state medical board and state licensing board. I referred a patient to this provider for a medically necessary colonoscopy. After extensive coordination and speaking with multiple contacts in the state, we selected this office for his care. It took approximately three hours of effort simply to reach the front desk to schedule the procedure, which was set for February 5th. The Dr's are amazing. The office staff is lazy and hangs up on you when you call. They don't answer the phone. Its impossible to make and cancel appointments. Its the practices biggest downfall. Answering calls is part of the job and its lazy and unmotivated to hang up on a patient. Get new staff
I hope this message gets to Dr. Belitsis. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years, and he found my gastric cancer and will always be indebted to him. We also share an affinity for Brooks sneakers. However, the front office staff and med techs (as noted by other reviewers) are the most impertinent, sanctimonious, insolent group of human beings on Earth. I’m posting for my son Nick myself and him can not say enough gratitude words to describe everyone we encountered at this facility. The empathy and professionalism is top notch. Thank you all so much for the wonderful care. Dr. Kaswala was the absolute best. My son goes to a few Drs and said he has been the best one I’ve ever seen. Great office to go to
Communication with this office has been extremely difficult. Calls are rarely answered, and you’re often directed to leave a voicemail which then goes unreturned. It’s been a frustrating experience overall and reflects poorly on their professionalism.
