This is the 2nd time I've had to wait 2 hours to see the doctor. The Receptionist staff are either overbooking or the doctor's are lacking time management skills. It's ashame, because I very much liked both Mina and now Danielle. I just don't think it's appropriate or professional to make the patients wait so long.
