IMO very bad stay away. Previous visit she claims to have told me to pop my ears which would help with the infection (she states that I have). On this visit I told her I remember no such advise. I asked her to write down the instructions she gave me and she refused as she did when I asked her how often I should do this. Not a good experience. Waited almost 30 minutes & yet there is a sign that if patient is late there is a $40.00 fee! I have ringing in my left ear. Doctor looked at my ears, nose, asked me to say Ahh and she told me I have allergies! She also told me I have hearing loss! Both diagnosis with NO testing. She told me I was reading her lips & gave me two prescriptions for allergies. Awful experience. I hear just fine, did not have allergy symptoms and I don't know how to read lips!! Dr. Estellle Chang and her medical staff are absolutely outstanding. Dr. Estelle takes excellent care of her patients! I highly recommend her for your ENT needs as well as Aesthetics! Top notch!
Wonderful experience, From Front Desk to Dr. Both made me feel very comfortable and at ease! Dr. Chang took her time to explain each step of my examination. I definitely recommend Dr Chang
Dr Chang was extremely helpful and so gentle! She was not only accommodating, she was also very knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and was very reassuring. Staff was wonderful and friendly. This office should be in a magazine!
