I’ve been denied my title, lied to about missed payments and have been hung up on multiple times when I ask them for paperwork I paid $250 for!!!!
How could they improve? By not selling lemons, lying to customers and playing ignorant to complains. My lemon died 7/16. I can't sell it to scrap because I never received the title. They claim I never made the 2nd payment. If I didn't then why have they not contacted me in 5 months???
I purchased a groupon deal for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation for a price you won’t find anywhere else. The staff was incredibly friendly and a very comfortable waiting area. Service was done in a timely manner. My only complaint was that after the service, my car had a strong odor of gasoline inside the interior. I’m guessing the mechanic may have spilled some gasoline on themselves and after being in the car it just lingered. Took a little while for the car to air out but other than that, a great experience.
My search for a new local mechanic is over! Parts and labor are not only fair, but inexpensive compared to big companies like Pep Boys, etc. I was quoted $1900 for A/C repair for compressor and condenser elsewhere and here it was around $700! Truly wonderful customer service.
