We just had Ryan Monk and his crew complete an outdoor patio shelter on our existing concrete paver patio. He did an excellent job. As an architect, I appreciated his ability to make the complex cuts with multiple angles for the heavy timber structure that made my design a reality. Craftmanship was excellent. Ryan offered several great suggestions which improved the project as well. Ryan and his crew resurfaced our deck and resided the interior and exterior of our sunroom. Very easy to work with and reliable. They showed up in 20 degree winter days with heavy snow to keep the project moving. It's nice to work directly with the business owner actually doing the work throughout the process. I will definitely reach out to Ryan again on any similar projects in the future.

Ryan and team were the best! I got quotes from 3 different contractors, all came in at around the same price but Ryan just had so much more attention to detail. Everything I asked for from Ryan he was able to do from mitre corners/picture frame, from cement footers, to fascia sizes - I went down a rabbit hole in decks and picked exactly what I wanted (even designing/modeling it) and Ryan was always willing to accommodate as well as give his own suggestions that would work best.
