Monks has always been one of our favorite places for a delicious meal, and we’ve enjoyed countless visits here. The ambiance is cozy, and the service is attentive, making it a great spot for dining with family and friends. However, during our most recent visit, the food didn’t quite meet the usual high standards. The Drums of Heaven lacked their usual flavor, and the Veg Jalfrezi was underwhelming.
