i ordered a few times there, and always got wat I asked for. Only thing wat always disappointed me that they wont try to figure out wat you really need for resolving a problem you have. For example the going from 2 upstream sensors to 1 sensor...later I found that somewhere else.i understand it is all business, sell sell sell..but come one...if you buy for Thousands of dollars stuff,i expect a lill support
They are great up until the point you buy from them, they respond promptly when you are shopping, but after you buy don't expect to get an answer. Also the verbiage on their website states that "often" product is shipped the day it is ordered, I waited for well over a week for my order to be processed.
