I joined MonkeyDo Movement 2 1/2 years ago.,I was suffering severe osteoarthritis of my knees. In that time working with Sean I have enjoyed growing a new appreciation in the locomotion of my being. I have stabilized and begun a slow reversal of my degraded knees gaining function and insight on how to remodel my body for the better using movement
If you want to change your body for the better, repair what seems broken and renew your ability to do the sports you like then this is for you. It comes with a requirement and that is to put in the work yourself. If you stick to the process you'll be amazed how far you can push your limits and how even so called incurable injuries can heal.
I highly recommend this movement programme for anyone who wants to ensure the improvement and maintenance of their muscle and joint mobility. I have severe arthritis in my right hip and a full meniscus tear in my left knee, which physiotherapy treatment was not able to effectively address. Excellent programme with Coach Sean of MonkeyDo. I have Grade 4 arthritis in my knees and in 6 months went from a severe limp when walking 1 mile at the most, to hiking 6 miles with a slight limp. My knees are far more mobile and I can now do a squat down and up unaided, which was impossible 6 months ago. My only advice is you have to do the exercises daily, Sean shows you how, but it’s up to you to do the work. 100% worth it though. Thank you Sean.
I have had great benefits from doing the 6 month joint repair program with Sean. My biggest success has been with my hips - I was ready to have my second hip replaced but now feel that I may be able to avoid it completely, or at least for as long as I continue to put the work in!
