I love this company. Elias and Joseph are fabulous. They sure do know how to fix things. They were very efficient. Got the job done in a timely manner. They were easy to work with, friendly and the nicest, and they cleaned up very well after the job was done. You will be very happy with their work.
This company seems to have taken over some previously independent and reliable plumbers (whose websites and phone numbers and good ratings still exist, but those all go to monkey wrench). First experience with monkey wrench has been as you expect from a referral service: Aggressive push to upsell on the phone ("free" inspections, maintenance plan), then the all-too-common no show during the scheduled 4-hour window - despite them sending a message in the morning that confirmed again.
