Monkey Wrench was a great company to work with. Came out on the scheduled time, assessed the situation, and processed a warranty claim through Rheem Tankless Waterheaters without me needing to do a thing. Enrique and Eli were both great to work with and did a very thorough job of explaining the problem and most importantly fixing it!
Louis showed up in time..was upfront about everything ...no surprises..I will use him again
Ozzy and Joel really went above and beyond to come up with a solution for our AC problem. They got it working same day, were really knowledgeable and up front about everything, and they were there on time as expected. Also shout out to Jackie who took our call and scheduled everything over the phone and was so helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.
Alex was great, patient and explained the process of what was needed. He was pleasant to work with.
