Louis was amazing to work with at Monkey Wrench. I have nothing but praise of him and also monkey wrench. Always professional.
We had Monkey Wrench out to install a new hot water heater and water softener. They were good and friendly and got the job done in a timely manner but in about a year the unit went out and they did nothing to help. Just said they could not do anything. We had another plumber come out to help us with a new water heater and was appalled with how much they charged for a bad water heater and that the installation was not up to code. Terrible customer service.
The team was great. Now I have to get parts
Gabriel was super nice, and was careful to explain why accessing my condo roof was not possible due to company safety guidelines. I completely respect the policy. Asked for advice about my need for yearly maintenance and he said it is recommended. His partner was good mannered as well. Thank you.
Alex was honest, on time and very informative about current process and the next steps.
