Stephan worked late to replace a leaking shut off valve and install two new faucets. He's hard working, friendly and does good work. We're hoping he will be assigned to our next upgrades.
He was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. He corrected my issue in no time. I also showed me defects my builder made. He didn’t pressure me to correct them but advised me if my problem returned, that would need to be my next step. I will definitely use him again for my plumbing repairs.
I called Monkey Wrench, asking to have a sump pump replaced at my 86 yo MIL’s house. This particular pump handles the condensate water from the air conditioner and hot water heater. It costs about $350-$500. I was on a Zoom when Ruben arrived. He told my wife that the job would be $8,000! He told her that the filter on the output of the hot water heater need to be changed, that the discharge filter also needed to be changed and that the backflow preventer on the sump pump needed to be changed. We didn't actually get any work done but received a quote for $3k to get piping re-done for our tankless water heater. I was appalled when we received a quote that high. We reached out to other plumbers and they didn't charge nearly as much as this group. Buy beware.
