All of the technicians from monkey wrench have been wonderful!! They are friendly, polite, and just really nice.... Prompt, neat, and helpful. The prices are fair, and they never try to upsell you. I would not use anyone else!
BEWARE of doing business with these guys. We had them come in to do a routine check up on our tankless water heater. The guy recommended we replace the whole system due to the state it was in, he verbally communicated that they offer 0% interest for 12 months if we elected to finance. Understanding we had favorable financing terms we agreed to move forward.
