We recently had a lot of big projects done involving both plumbing and gas lines (new hot water heater, replacing old galvanized piping, installing a water softener) and between Luis, Alfredo and Brian they did a great job of talking us through our options, bundling the work as we decided to add new work to help us save costs, and scheduling the work to help us work around our schedules, our tenant's schedules, and ending state rebates for new hot water heaters.
