Mark is awesome. I have been using him for years now since I moved into my house 5 years ago. But today he went above and beyond. I called him at 730am bc there was water in my furnace room that appeared to be coming from the main drain. I sent him a few pictures so he could see what I was talking about and Not only did he come out immediately and thankfully was able to fix the issue but also fixed the leaky sink in my laundry room. I can’t say enough great things about Mark and Monkey Wrench
Lousy!!! Super rude guys. They were walking in and out of the house and didn’t say a word. The new toilet was put into the wrong bathroom and had an attitude along with talking back huffing and puffing about the situation. He then had someone else come and do the work and the guy was totally rude just came into my house and didn’t even say hello. The only words out of his mouth came while he was getting his check.
