Monkey Wrench employees showed up early for our appointment. They worked quickly to solve my plumbing issue. They provided great service. I would highly recommend them.
My husband and I hired Monkey Wrench Plumbing to install a new water heater for us and fix a leaky hose in the back of our house. There were some issues with the water heater installation and an old pipe had burst during the hose repair and flooded underneath my house unfortunately. JJ (the owner) really went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of when these problems arose. I called them and they immediately responded. They came out ,fixed the issue and even contacted the water heater company regarding the issue being under warranty. Truly the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company! We will b Ed using them for all of our plumbing issues.
Uhhh, I don't know how y'all got 5 stars but like when you turn someone's water off, you're suppose to notify them first 🤨 A mature business, would know that but like I guess not ?? And saying " uhh sorry " is not even a genuine apology. Y'all suck
