Very professional and thorough! Replaced anode rod and drained our hot water heater, then water began to leak into the pan from the TMP valve on top. They came right back out and fixed the valve leak. Cannot say enough good things about them. Highly recommended. Drain your tank 1-2 times per year, and get your anode rod replaced at 10 years. Will add years to the life of your HW heater.
Mr Smith was very efficient. Highly recommend him.
