Monkey Wrench has provided great service to both of my aging trucks (99 & 01).The price and work is always good. Steve always backs up his work even if he has to lose money doing it. I recommend using Monkey Wrench for any automotive mechanical need.
I took my car to get an oil change. When I left, my car started acting funny. The owner Steve Leno said he didn't know what happened and didn't want to touch it. The dealership said my key was reprogramed for limited safety settings. Apparently Steve did this when he plugged his scan tool into my car. The dealership said he must not have known what he was doing.
I spent four hours on the phone trying to get information for a broken brake line. Everywhere I called was a two to three day wait . We have a carpet van and two or three days down is really bad for business .I called Steve as he came highly recommend to us ,told him my problem and asked if he could have us up and running today. He said he couldn't promise as he had not seen the van but he would definitely try . He gave me a range on the price and worked us in. He was polite and listened to the problem.
