I’m very disappointed with my experience. I paid for all my expenses in 2024 for my Kia Forte and still haven’t received my tail light, radio, or reimbursement for a wheel alignment that was needed because of their partnered towing company. I’ve followed up multiple times and still haven’t gotten any clear answers or resolution. Poor communication and accountability — I expected much better service after paying in full.
I left my car here and paid most of the fee in advance. He kept my car for 3 weeks and did nothing. He did not answer any of my calls or messages on the day and date he gave me. I drove for an hour and a half and saw my car in its old condition. I got the money back and left, but he caused all my work to be delayed for 3 weeks.
Best honest mechanics. Very knowledgeable and had my car running back like new. Thank you guys!
